Simplicity and Elegance with a White Corset Dress

When you think about a white corset dress you can almost hear the wedding bells in the background. This is the first thought that comes to mind. The pure woman wearing something naughty under her wedding gown to surprise the groom on the honeymoon. These come with a one inch strap, spaghetti straps or strapless. They can be satin or lace. Rarely are they velvet or leather.

If you're looking for a white corset for that wedding day then decide what type you want. There are those that are simply for functionality. This means that they will make your waist look smaller, help you stand taller and give your cleavage a boost. After all who doesn't want to look flawless on their wedding day? There are also those that create a more seductive look under the wedding gown. These are all frills and lace or satin. They serve to tighten and lift everything just like the plain ones. They also serve as attractive wedding night attire. These can have beads and sequins or other adornments.

A white corset dress may lace up, zip up, or have hooks to latch together. Most of them are Overbust instead of Underbust. This means that the top covers your bust area as opposed to the Underbust which reaches just under your bust area. A great deal of them comes with tabs attached to connect to garters and/or thigh high pantyhose. These tabs are easily hidden if you choose not to wear a garter or you choose to wear full size pantyhose.

One does not have to be getting married to wear a white corset. Colors are there for your choosing. The idea is to choose a quality product that fits your budget. Most decent accessories such as these run from $40-$200 and sometimes more. If you are looking for something more reasonable then find several different sites and find out if they host regular sales or sign up for their newsletter to be notified of any upcoming sales.

When choosing a white corset dress, don't forget to order the right size. Each website or store should be able to advise you as to how to pick the right size. This tends to be 4 or 5 inches smaller than your current waist size. Don't get the crazy idea that you can shrink your 34 inch waist down to 24 inches. Stay within reason so that it accents your already natural beauty instead of restricting your breathing and making you looks misshapen.

Naturally weddings are not the only use for a white corset dress.
